Webi keep some for decor, and each year i get an extra goat that i keep for a year to "raise" it, then burn it as a symbolic sacrifice at some point over the yule season instead of an actual goat. ideally id do it on yule, but as im stealth/in the broom closet i have to do it whenever i get the opportunity. its a fun tradition!
