I PXE-booted the 7290, started the deploy task sequence, and FINALLY, it worked! SysInfo confirms that BIOS mode is UEFI, and I ran DiskPart and it shows GPT, with 4 partitions: 1) Recovery 499MB. 2) System 499MB. 3) Reserved 128MB.

Not alot to go on here ive seen the other issue where it says to upgrade or clear the bios but the machines I'm doing this on are "brand new" computers they're dell OptiPlex 3080's so I didn't think it would be an out of date bios but hey maybe it is.
