Is the problem with the outer rim, U7 or could it be on my end. Had no troubles playing U6 or U7 a week ago, just started acting up last night.

(I am doing this manually, and have it on oculus not steam) So first I extract the outer rim mod, then slap it in StreamingAssets, like every tutorial and from there they just say it works.
